Q: What is your cancellation policy?
​
A: As our services are concierge and as such all bookings are final. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment Please notify us so we can eliminate No Show appointment. If you need to reschedule contact our offices, however it willl be based on availability and at the disretion of management.
Q: What if we are late or No Shows?​
A: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to our scheduled appointments, your booking will be considered a no show and appointment cost will be assessed. Please keep us informed of any changes.
