Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: As our services are concierge and as such all bookings are final. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment please contact us to see if there is another appointment available. No guarantees.

 

Q: What if we are late or No Shows?

​

A: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to our scheduled appointments, your booking will be considered a no show and appointment fee will be assessed.
